We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Hannah, were friendly and welcoming. They spoke decent English and were always there to assist us. They helped us with ordering mopeds and taxis through reception, making transportation convenient for us. The hotel's location was great for day trips to nearby Hoi An, and there were also restaurants and beaches within easy reach. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the water pressure in the showers was excellent. We also loved the view from the swimming pool, it was truly breathtaking.
Nothing, all aspects were excellent.

We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Hannah. They were always available to help and even assisted us in organizing transportation around the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. We loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool, which offered a stunning view of the surroundings. the level of comfort and quality of service here exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing oasis after a long day of exploring. the bathroom had great water pressure and was well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. the view from the swimming pool was simply breathtaking, allowing us to unwind and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
The hotel could benefit from some soundproofing improvements to reduce noise disturbances.
